TERMS and CONDITIONS

1) Definitions
Seller means Dietrich Bohnhorst Film and Video Productions
Buyer means the person, firm or company placing an order with the Seller.
Goods means those goods which are the subject of the Buyer's order and which are to be supplied to the Buyer by the Seller under these conditions.
Contract means the contract for the supply of Goods formed by the seller's acceptance of the Buyer's order.

2) Orders and Delivery
Orders are accepted by the Seller subject to the availability of Goods for delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery of Goods within Ireland and the UK will be made at the cost of the Buyer to the address specified in the Buyer's order by any method of transportation regarded as suitable by the Seller at its discretion and delivery of Goods destined for export outside Ireland and the UK will be as stated in the Contract.
All specifications of the Goods are given by the Seller in the belief that they are as accurate as reasonably possible but are not to be treated as binding or as forming part of the Contract

3) Prices
The price is exclusive of the cost of delivery. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Goods invoiced at current price.

4) Warranties and Liability
The Seller warrants that the Goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery provided. Exempt from this warranty are Flies and Lures.

5) Title
Title to goods is reserved to the Seller, until Goods are paid for in full.

6) Damage/Shortage
Shortages and damages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods.

7) Specifications
All weights measures and specifications shown are approximate. We reserve the right to alter specifications, weights, sizes etc. without prior notice.
