Last day of the salmon season at the Eany River.

Just below the bridge there is a good spot for sea-trout.
Well, they cant all be monsters.

Eany at Drumboarty
The upper Eany at Drumboarty.
Sometimes it pays to be there just before nightfall.
Mr. Robinson fishing in the last light.
The shrimp fly struck yet again.
Two nice grilse caught in the last light of the day.

It rained
Rain! After six weeks of drought it rained and the rivers had enough water to bring some salmon up.

Nice flood in the Owenea and Eany rivers.
Eddie Gallagher and Steven McHugh from Glenties had one fish each on the
spinner.
Only to be topped by the master himself. Mr. Ruediger Trautmann had two grilse on the Flying C.
