Up at Killybegs Reservoir. A bright, sunny, calm day in beautiful surroundings.

It was not easy though to catch a fish in these conditions.

Easterly Winds

Still these easterly winds.

Battling with strong winds at Killybegs Reservoir.

But at least a few trout to take home.

The first ever trout

The first ever trout for Jan-Philip Stoffers brings out a big smile on the young angler's face.

Trout are taking the fly. Lots of takes and lots of small fish. Winter is over.

There we have a nice feed laying in the grass.  Looking forward to the nosh.
