Just below the bridge
The bridge across the Eanybeg; full of character.
Just below the bridge there is a good spot for sea-trout.
Well, they cant all be monsters.

Eany at Drumboarty
The upper Eany at Drumboarty.
Sometimes it pays to be there just before nightfall.
Mr. Robinson fishing in the last light.
The shrimp fly struck yet again.
Two nice grilse caught in the last light of the day.

Great water for the fly
Great water for the fly in the Owenea.

James Laffin, an angler in his prime, caught this grilse despite the sunny
weather.
And another feller in his prime. By the way, the fish fell for a shrimp fly.

At St. John's Point.
With my beloved at St. John's Point.

Mayfly time on mighty Lough Erne.
No rain and no wind. Not the best conditions to catch plenty of big
fish.
But this nice feller took the Invicta anyway and brought up a big smile
on my face.

Down to Lough Boyle
Photographs Iris Tantow
Ray Robinson, his brother Ted and me on the way down to Lough Boyle in South
Donegal.
Westerly winds and the odd drop of rain; you can't possibly go wrong.
Definitely not with a Bibio on your cast.
