Salmon parr in the aquarium.

The sturgeons are cleaning the basin, like a hoover they clear it from all algae growth.
Wolfgang Mensching and I did a little trip. From Hanover up the Leine River to the village of Gronau, in Lower Saxony.
Here at the Norddeutsche Lachszentrum, we met up with Guenter Ohnesorge. He is the manager of this centre and driving force behind the Herculean task to reintroduce the Atlantic Salmon into the Leine River.
